Christian Imberti was born in Faido, Switzerland, the 13th December 1981.

He grew up in a litte town called Giornico, of around 1000 people.

After the school, he moved to a bigger city, Lugano, to study as civil engineer.
During these years his interests about technology and informatic stuff grew up a lot.

He finished at 22 years old, in July 2003, making the 1st place.
He started working in October of the same year as civil engineer into an office of around 20 people.
In the last 8 years the office become bigger and now we can count 90 collegues.
This big office is working on huge projects like railway tunnels, bridges, roads etc.

My main work is to support all the collegues about informatic stuff and the LAN too, for around the 20-50% of my working time.
All the other time I work as civile engineer, drawing different sheets for different projects, especially Tunneling.

In 2009 and 2011 I won the “Best employee of the year” prize.
It was indeed an awesome feeling to won it, something that makes you proud to be a part of.
